Return Process

Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare Package
Securely pack your device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.
- 3.Ship Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of authorization.
- 4.Quality Inspection
Once received, our technicians will inspect the device for functionality and condition, after which your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
